Founders have first access to the site plan. They choose their Villa’s location, orientation, and proximity to the courtyard and fountain.

They're the only owners who can combine adjacent villas into a single, larger garage.

Each villa is a deeded asset. Yours to hold, yours to hand down. Ownership transfers through the membership.

Founders can serve on the board and shape community standards.
